What’s the reason behind the communication between players and referees?

Mostafa Ranjbar:
What’s the reason behind the communication between players and referees?
Does it have an extra point? Or is it just a symbolic move?
Answer:
In Slide, Classic and Battle competitions it has been seen that players look at the referees or keep their heads up and this indicates the player’s control over his moves and the referee would give him a positive and effective point.
Conversancy score has two types:
The player communicates with the referee while doing one move and is conversant
The players totally communicates with the referee while doing all moves and techniques
In both types referees give a score and it depends on their opinion and the move’s difficulty weather the player shows his conversancy in an easy move or a difficult one.
