Hosseini from Khorasan’s referees committee

Is it necessary for the audience to be quiet when the player is about to start? (as in tennis)
If a cone moves slightly, would it be considered as error?
Answer:
During the competitions, the audience and other players should preferably be quiet in order not to distract the player but being quiet is not a must. This matter is culture-bound.
Touching a cone is regarded as error but if the cone moves so slightly that the center point of it isn’t seen, it won’t be taken as error.
